Please complete the forms as outlined below.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Boundary Schools<\/h2>\n<p>Families who plan to attend their assigned boundary school should complete the annual registration process.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Elementary and Middle Choice Schools<\/h2>\n<p>Families wishing to enter the lottery for elementary and\/or middle school choice schools must complete individual forms for each school they are interested in attending. Families must complete and submit forms by <strong>noon on Friday, Dec. 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScjEMZKQCw8GxyhMdH4jTkoBUGc7VosNkrNA9O0H9c7fxN61w\/viewform?usp=publish-editor\">Elementary (4K-5) Selection Form<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScx6JfhYQnrsE2eZg7svY5V0FiMWrI0x4W-ytlKAcGavKW8DQ\/viewform?usp=publish-editor\">Middle School (6-8) Selection Form<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ruth Harman Academy K-8<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Kenosha eSchool Program<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">LakeView K-8<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Kenosha School of Language (KSOL) 4K-5 (6-8 @ Bullen)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Harborside Academy Middle School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>High School Choice Schools<\/h2>\n<p>Families with a child currently in 8th grade wishing to apply to attend a choice high school must complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfZFjjfFVjIsyucVsgG3DGNYs_zxwdeN0Gr9kVNeI_MX66EOw\/viewform?usp=publish-editor\">High School Selection Form<\/a> by <strong>noon on Friday, Dec. 5<\/strong>, to indicate the high school they wish to attend.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Harborside Academy High School<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Indian Trail Military Academy<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Kenosha eSchool Program<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">LakeView Technology Academy<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Reuther Central High School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Choice schools will review applications or conduct their lotteries and will <strong>notify families of their final decisions before winter break<\/strong>. Families will have until Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, to accept or decline their spot.
