We are thrilled to announce Charlene Smith as a 2026 SPARK Award recipient! From building our engineering program from the ground up to managing a workload that would make anyone’s head spin, Charlene is the definition of dedication. Whether she’s coaching drones, leading SkillsUSA, or teaching multiple classes simultaneously, she always puts students first. Charlene, thank you for being the ultimate advocate for STEM and for inspiring our students to reach new heights!

Charley Tocci

Join us in celebrating Charley Tocci, a 2026 SPARK Award winner! Charley has a unique gift for building trust and respect with every student who walks through her door. Between leading National Honor Society, driving the ACTivate program, and mentoring her colleagues, she is a constant force for growth at Tremper. Dottie Maccanelli

Tremper is glowing today as we honor Dottie Maccanelli with the 2026 SPARK Award! Known for having the “energy of a cheetah,” Dottie brings unmatched enthusiasm and a contagious smile to school every single day. As a leader on the Math Intervention team and an NHS advisor, she turns “complex” into “manageable” and makes every student feel like a champion. Thank you, Dottie, for your kindness, your treats, and your incredible heart!

High school is a whirlwind of college apps, career planning, and personal growth. Our counselors are the steady hands guiding our students through it all. From late-night schedule changes to being a safe space for every student, they do it all with heart and dedication.

Semester 1 final exams are right around the corner! Please review the schedule for January 20–22, 2026 so students can plan ahead and finish the semester strong.

Welcome to Tremper High Schools 2026-2027 Registration.�� Our registration window for the current 8th graders is from Tuesday, January 6^th through Friday, January 16^th.�� We are here to help you every step of the way.�� You will be receiving some support at your current middle school through your 8th grade counselor who will have these resources as well.

Course Registration 26-27

Course registration for currently enrolled 9th, 10th and 11th grade students for the 2026–2027 school year will begin at Tremper on Thursday, Dec. 4th. Students will receive information and access to their course selection forms during their English class. Please take some time to discuss course options for next year with your student(s).

The Google Form used to submit course requests requires an electronic parent/guardian signature. Please note that the form will remain editable, even after submission, until the end of the day on December 11.

Tremper Open House Reminder

Come join us for Tremper High Schools Open House on Thursday, November 20th.�� At 6:00 pm Principal Knecht and the admin team present life at Tremper in the auditorium.�� Starting around 6:30pm students will help with school tours groups, and everyone who attends will have a chance to visit the activity fair and have an opportunity to meet with staff and students.
