{"id":20558,"date":"2025-10-07T14:51:03","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T19:51:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kusd.edu\/tremper\/blog\/news\/29175\/"},"modified":"2025-10-07T15:13:05","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T20:13:05","slug":"29175","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.kusd.edu\/tremper\/news\/29175\/","title":{"rendered":"Volunteers Sought for KUSD Standing Committees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The sa国际传媒官网网页入口 is seeking community members, students, and staff to serve on its Audit\/Budget\/Finance, Curriculum\/Program, Personnel\/Policy and Planning\/Facilities committees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applicants should have relevant experience related to the committee of interest and a desire to share their professional expertise in support of KUSD\u2019s mission to provide excellent, challenging learning opportunities and experiences that prepare each student for success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prospective committee members must reside in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie or Somers and are required to complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ADUthSTNDkL3pVCp6\">Standing Committee Interest Form<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0by Monday, Oct. 27.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each committee includes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Six community members<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Two KUSD staff members<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Two KUSD students<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Board member representation\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selected members will serve a one-year term and are expected to attend at least 80% of scheduled meetings.
